PitBridge is local-first, so there is very little to collect. The software runs on your own machine, and the sensitive parts of your trading never pass through us. This notice covers the one place where we do receive data: the waitlist form on this website.
What we collect
Only what you enter on the waitlist form. That is your email address, which is required, and the optional answers you choose to give: platform, use case, prop firms, number of accounts, live or paper intent, biggest fear, and willingness to pay. If you do not submit the form, we collect none of this.
Why we collect it
To decide what to build first and to email you once when your platform or setup is supported. The segmentation answers are a planning signal, nothing more. We do not run a newsletter, and joining the waitlist does not sign you up for marketing.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not share it with prop firms or advertisers.
- We do not use it to build a marketing profile.
- We do not add third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site for this purpose.
The software collects nothing by default
The PitBridge daemon does not phone home. Your keys, your configuration, your orders and your audit log stay on your machine. A PitBridge cloud may exist for opt-in telemetry only. It is off unless you turn it on, it sits off the order route, and it never carries an order. If you never enable it, the software sends us nothing.
Keeping and removing your data
We keep waitlist entries until launch communications are done or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first. To see or delete what we hold, emailprivacy@pitbridge.com from the address you signed up with, and we will remove it.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects the data we already hold, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, contact waitlist members before the change takes effect.
